A. We work internationally. If you do not see your specific location listed, it is quite likely that we serve clients in that area as well. Please consult the nearest EMA Partners office for more specific information.

| Q. Are your searches confidential? |
A. Yes. Confidentiality is one of the key issues in executive search. We will discuss with you what information can be disclosed at what stage and follow that plan throughout the course of the search.

| Q. Does your firm work locally, nationally and internationally? |
A. EMA Partners work out of offices located in 50 locations on 6 continents. This means our consultants have deep knowledge of local and national markets in countries of our presence. At the same time we offer our clients the option of truly international or multi-country searches through our global network of offices.

| Q. How can I post a job on your site? |
A. We are not a job board, so we do not list specific jobs on our Web site. Please consult your nearest EMA office to discuss suitable ways to address your needs in executive search.

| Q. How long have you been in business? |
A. EMA Partners International has been in the executive search business since 1988. Many of our partners have prior experience.

| Q. What industries / job functions do you recruit for? |
A. We are a generalist search firm with experience in many industries, recruiting for senior leadership positions. However, some local offices may have more or less expertise in a specific sector – please talk to our consultants.

A. Our fees are typically a percentage of the first year cash compensation or they could be fixed depending on the complexity of the assignment. For more information, please contact us regarding the specific position and needs that you are looking to address.

Job Seeker Questions

| Q. Do I need to come in to interview with a search consultant? |
A. Our consultant will contact you by phone and conduct a brief interview regarding your qualifications for returned search assignments, if there is a potential fit. After the phone interview, you will meet with the consultant in person, if there is constant mutual consent.

| Q. How can I find open jobs on your Web site? |
A. We do not list our current assignments on the Web site. Please send us your CV and our consultant will be in touch if there is a suitable position that might fit your profile.

| Q. How can I get in touch with a search consultant? |
A. We urge prospective job seekers to submit their information and resume online. Your information will automatically be distributed to the consultants that specialize in either your industry or your job function. When we have a suitable assignment, our consultant will contact you directly.

| Q. If I provide my information will you keep it confidential? |
A. Yes. We do not share or sell job seeker information. We regard your information as private and confidential.

| Q. Is there a fee for your services? |
A. We do not charge any fee from the candidates we hire. Clients (employers) who retain us incur a fee for our services.

| Q. What level of positions do you recruit within each industry? |
A. We recruit for positions from Functional Leaders to C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.). The majority of our searches are for Directors and Vice President levels.

| Q. Who are your clients? |
A. EMA Partners work with all different sizes of organizations, from multinationals, Fortune 500 to small start – up companies.
