Q. If you do not have an office in a certain location, do you still provide search services for companies and job seekers in that location?
A. We work internationally.  If you do not see your specific location listed, it is quite likely that we serve clients in that area as well.  Please consult the nearest EMA Partners office for more specific information.
 
Q. Does you firm work locally, nationally and internationally?
A. EMA Partners have offices in 48 countries on 6 continents.  This means our consultants have far-reaching knowledge of local and national markets.  At the same time, we offer our clients the option of international or multi-country searches through our global network of offices.

Q. Are your searches confidential?
A. Yes, confidentiality is paramount and we take it extremely seriously.  Our search assignments are conducted according to the strict confidential specifications of our clients.  Likewise, we protect the privacy of our candidates, and we do not release, discuss or disclose any information without prior consent.  The success of our business is contingent on professionalism and personal integrity.
 
Q. How can I post a job on your site?
A. We do not list specific positions on our web site.  Please consult your nearest EMA Partners office to discuss suitable ways to address your needs in executive search.
 
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. EMA Partners International has been in the executive search business since 1988.  We have a unique global structure where all of our Partners are equity owners, which foster and entrepreneurial spirit and brings long term stability to our practice.  In addition, our non-hierarchical structure facilitates seamless cross border collaboration.  We are privately owned and professionally operated with a sole focus on serving our clients with the guaranteed personalized attention of our Partners and Principals.  Our global approach ensures the seamless availability of expertise to support our clients.  We ensure uniform professional standards are deployed to maintain consistent service delivery.

Q. Do I need to come in to interview with a Search Consultant?
A. An EMA Partners Search Consultant will establish contact with you regarding a potential opportunity if your background, skill set and professional experience is well suited to an the position. Based on the outcome of an initial discussion, we will arrange to meet you in person.  Should an immediate opportunity not be available, or the position for which we are searching not be a proper fit with your background and experience, we will keep your information on file, and contact you when a suitable opportunity presents itself.
 
Q. How can I find open jobs on your Web site?
A. We do not list our current assignments on the Web site. Please send us your CV and our consultant will be in touch if there is a suitable position that might fit your profile.
 
Q. How can I get in touch with a search consultant?
A. We urge prospective job seekers to submit their information and resume online. Your information will automatically be distributed to our Consultants specializing in either your industry or your job function. When we have a suitable assignment, our consultant will contact you directly.
 
Q. What level of positions do you recruit within each industry?
A. We recruit positions from Functional Leaders to C-level executives – for example, CEO, CFO, CIO.  We also support clients at the VP and Director levels, as well as Board of Directors positions.
