William Yacullo - Senior Partner, EMA Partners Chicago
William Yacullo has over 25 years search experience and has been a member of the Executive Committee of EMA Partners International and currently serves as the Global Chairman. Prior to executive search, Mr. Yacullo worked in the telecommunications industry in a variety of management positions in human resources, regulatory affairs, operations, marketing and product management. He has managed and personally conducted over 1,400 senior level search assignments within the industrial, commercial, financial services, consulting, healthcare and academic/not-for-profit (including faith-based) sectors.
Mr. Yacullo obtained a B.S. degree in Commerce from DePaul University, where he served as Chairman of the DePaul University Business Forum, and an MBA from Northwestern University. He also served as Chairman of the Board of a large skilled care nursing home and was a founding member and past Chairman of the Business Executives for Economic Justice, a proactive group of business leaders in the Chicago area. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of St. Francis Hospital, the Sexton Foundation and the St. Joseph College Seminary of Loyola University.
Richard Sbarbaro - Senior Partner, EMA Partners Chicago
Richard Sbarbaro, named as one of the top 150 executive search recruiters in “The Career Makers” published by HarperCollins, has over 25 years search experience and served as former Chairman of EMA Partners International. His early career includes positions with Fry Consultants, Illinois Bell Telephone, Booz Allen and Hamilton and the Chicago Stock Exchange. Mr. Sbarbaro has supervised and conducted over 1,400 senior level assignments for over 200 organizations in the areas of higher education, not-for-profit, consumer products, direct marketing, financial services, healthcare, insurance, law, manufacturing, publishing, retail, venture capital and others.
Mr. Sbarbaro received his B.S. degree in Commerce and MBA from DePaul University where he has served as a member on the Athletic Board, President’s Club Council Board, Special Gifts Committee, Graduate School of Management Advisory Council and as an adjunct professor in the Graduate School of Business. He also has served as an executive committee member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants. He is currently a member of SHRM and World at Work.
