Jean Raymond
Jean Raymond is the Managing Partner of the firm and has been in the executive search profession for more than twenty five years. Following eight years as the Managing Partner of Quebec operations for a national executive search firm, he established his own firm in 1997. Jean’s services and advice are regularly sought for senior executive and Board Director searches as well as Corporate Governance. Throughout his career, he has conducted searches in Canada, the United States and in Europe, supporting clients in the following industry sectors: Aerospace, Manufacturing, Non-profit Organizations, Consumer Products and Services, Communications, Distribution, Pharmaceutical, Health Care and Services, Education, Government Agencies, Retail as well as Pulp&Paper. Active in the business community, he is a member of the disciplinary board of the Ordre des Administrateurs Agréés du Québec and a member of the CMC.
Jean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from École des Hautes Études Commerciales, the business school affiliated to the Université de Montréal.
Jean Gaudry
Jean Gaudry has been active in recruitment and executive search for more than fifteen years. His first-hand understanding of business issues and challenges enabled him to successfully handle senior level assignments in a broad variety of functions in the manufacturing and service industries. Clients recognize his ability to understand the commercial, operational and marketing requirements for companies that are planning for growth and expansion. Mr Gaudry has been a member of the Board of Directors and President of the Governance Committee of the orchestra I MUSICI de Montréal. He is actively involved in the Montreal chapter of the American Marketing Association.
Jean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the Université de Montréal.

Lori Dermer joined the firm in July 2008 and brings more than eighteen years of senior corporate experience. With this background, she has developed proven skills as a commanding influencer and expert facilitator. She is adept at quickly solving complex business challenges by clearly defining the needs, values and expectations of project stakeholders, then meeting them by identifying and applying the most appropriate resources. Equally important, her passion for working with people enables her to approach every Executive Search project with great enthusiasm and dedication. Lori is part of a vast network of senior executives and is widely respected for her commitment to outstanding client service and her reputation for consistently delivering top quality results.
