Edwin Mruk
Edwin Mruk has over 40 years of executive search experience and was named a Pioneer in Executive Search by the AESC. Prior to forming his own firm and founding EMA Partners International, where he served as Chairman, Ed was a senior partner of Ernst & Young, the international firm of management consultants and certified public accountants. He was the Managing Director of that firm’s global executive search practice and the senior national practice partner in executive compensation, corporate organization, general management and human resource management. He has authored several books and articles on organization and compensation of boards of directors, corporate governance, management selection and executive compensation.
Mr. Mruk is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University. He is an accredited diplomat of WorldatWork, a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, the American Society for Personnel Administration, the Human Resources Council of the American Management Association, American Board of Vocational Experts, and the Board of Advisors of the Corporate Governance Institute at Florida Atlantic University.
