Rudolf Fedorovici - Managing Partner.

Rudolf has over seven years’ experience in HR related activities with large companies in Romania, mostly in the area of executive search and recruitment. As the founder of the Bucharest office, Rudolf has developed a large portfolio of clients in a wide range of industries, from consumer goods, retail and hospitality to construction and transportation/logistics and manufacturing.

Rudolf is the author of a large amount of studies and reports published in the Romanian media.

Elena Popa - Consultant.

Holding a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Elena has with a strong background in Science and Engineering, having been to participate in research projects at prestigious international universities (Tokyo University, Japan and Tuebingen University, Germany) for over ten years. Her work was focused mostly on applied research representative papers published in international (American and European) journals, followed by applications for European, American and Japanese Patents.

Elena joined EMA Partners Romania as a Consultant in 2006. She specialises mostly in the Science & Engineering, Production and Technical areas as well as in Retail & Sales/Commerce. She is fluent in English and has a good command of Japanese and German.

Alina Negrea - Consultant.

With over nine years of business experience, Alina has an in-depth knowledge of complex projects in various industries: hotel & tourism, telecommunications, education, finance and financial services. Her expertise was continuously enriched while holding key positions with Hilton Bucharest and UPC Romania. During her final years as Head of the ACCA College, Alina was the Founder and Vice - President of the ACCA Students' Club in Romania, actively supporting the development on a national level of the international ACCA qualifications in finance and accounting.

At the same time, she has been deeply involved in high-level projects such as the Royal Institute of Hospitality Management, a partnership of Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne, The Royal House of Romania and the IRECSON Institute as well as International SME conferences and similar international projects.

Her expertise ranges from communication, education and development, non profit and governmental projects to more technical areas. Alina is fluent in English
