It is a great honour to have been elected Chairman of EMA Partners International and to work alongside dedicated men and women who work passionately and intelligently to maintain a high standard with the assignments that we undertake both collectively and as individual Partners.

EMA Partners International was formed nearly 25 years ago when our business environment, and indeed the world, was very much different to what they are today. Dramatic changes over the last 20 years has resulted in a world which has become much more global, and we have had to adapt to not only what our clients demand today, but what they will be requiring in the next 5 years and beyond. Consequently, we have structured our organisation to ensure that we capture and share best practice from across the globe.  We are strongly of the opinion that no-one has a monopoly on good ideas, hence our drive to establish industry leading standards in terms of client service and most importantly, delivery of results.

We will stand passionately on our ‘clients first’ commitment, whilst underscoring our credo of serving clients globally through the local expertise of our partner firms.

My role as Chairman is to ensure that we continue to grow, but also that we continue to commit to a standard of excellence that comes from the personal competence of each of our partners. We are a global organization with a presence in 48 countries.  We support each other with international business that crosses borders, and through multi-national and global search assignments with major corporations across all industries. At the same time, we are all hands-on search consultants with a local focus.  Without a doubt, we all share a passion for our work and we are all proud that we can assist our clients in achieving their goals.
