I am honored to continue the legacy of the Chairman’s office of EMA Partners International. I pledge to continue the leadership shown by those that served in this role before me, these dedicated men and women have set the bar high.
Today, the partner firms of EMA Partners International are organized and positioned to serve our clients in every region of the globe. Our experienced partners in 50offices on 6 continents are prepared to leverage their local expertise with a global outreach.
We have put a structure into place that will focus on adding quality new partners as well as continuing the high professional standards that mark our current partners. We will stand passionately on our ‘clients first’ commitment, while underscoring our credo of serving clients globally through the local expertise of our partnerships.
My role as Chairman will be to oversee that we continue to grow, but also continue to commit to a standard of excellence that only comes from the personal competence of each of our partners. We all are hands-on search consultants who love our work and are proud of helping clients achieve their goals.
