Alfredo Cotes has more than thirty-five years of executive search experience, and he is a recognized and respected leader in human resources management for multinational companies in the Food industry, Oil and Gas and Mining sectors. He managed the search and selection process for companies such as Occidental de Colombia (OXY) (Caño Limón) and BP (Cusiana - Cupiagua). He also has a solid background in Labour Relations and is very well respected at the national level. He holds degrees in Industrial Relations and Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotà Colombia.
