Björn has been an executive search consultant since the early 80s. With broad management experience, nationally and internationally, Björn has worked in various business sectors including Media, IT, manufacturing, and the power industry. He was one of the five founders of an international executive search firm. Björn is Vice-Chairman of EMA Partners International with responsibility for Global Partner Development. He holds a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Business Economics, Labour Legislation and Sociology and he is also a member of ESK, a branch association of Executive Search Consultants in Sweden. He speaks Swedish and English.
