Bleihid is an experienced and knowledgeable executive search practitioner. Bleihid held senior executive positions with a number of major multinational companies, most recently as the Director of Human Resources with overall responsibility for world-wide operations, for a Saudi Research & Marketing Group based in Riyadh. Previously he was General Manager, Human Resources for the Saudi British Bank (SABB), a position that he held for over 9 years. In addition, he has held senior HR positions in the King Faisal Specialist Hospital. Bleihid’s expertise includes aligning Human Resources strategy with the needs of the business, organizational change, executive search, and developing competitive compensation and benefits strategies. Educated in the United States, Bleihid holds a degree in Business Management from Fort Wright College.
