Prior to joining EMA Partners, Cheryl spent nine years in senior management roles in a leading national corporate psychology and human resources consulting firm where she managed their state offices in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne. Cheryl has also held senior roles within the government sector where she was involved in developing and implementing major change initiatives in its people management practices. She is experienced in introducing new national systems and practices and has a track record of success in both the public and private sectors. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts (Administration) from the University of Canberra.
