As a search practitioner for 16 years, Chris brings unparalleled knowledge and experience to his role as Managing Partner of the Toronto office. Leading global searches at the C-level, Chris has been successful in  sourcing best-in-class candidates across a breadth of industry sectors. Chris is the Global Head for EMA's Global Payments and Transaction Services practice group and the North American Head for the Financial Services Practice for EMA Partners International.  In addition, Chris is a member of EMA's Education and Board Services practices, and has assisted in building and creating boards for both new venture and established organizations within the financial services and public sectors.  

His areas of specialization include Sales and Marketing, Finance, Risk, Fraud, Technology, Operations and Product. Prior to joining EMA Partners International, Chris was a Partner in the Financial Services practice at Odgers and Berndtson.
