Leading searches at the C-level, Chris has been successful in sourcing best-in-class candidates across a breadth of industry sectors. Chris is a Co-Chairman of EMA Partners International, as well as the Global Head for EMA's Global Payments & Transaction Services practice group and he also co-leads the North American Payments & Financial Services practices. Recognized as an industry leader in the Global Payments & Transaction Services sector, Chris has extensive experience supporting financial institutions, retailers and technology companies, identifying leaders at the executive level across all functional areas.  In addition, Chris is a member of EMA's Education and Board & CEO services practices, and has assisted in building and creating boards for both new venture and established organizations within the financial services and public sectors. 

His areas of specialization include Sales and Marketing, Finance, Risk, Fraud, Technology, Operations and Product. Prior to joining EMA Partners International, Chris was a Partner in the Financial Services practice at Odgers and Berndtson.
