Delia is Senior Consultant and Operations Manager of EMA Partners Mexico. With over 16 years of executive search experience, she has completed senior and mid-level assignments for both local and multinational clients. Delia’s experience includes a variety of sectors including consumer goods, finance, and manufacturing. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and is certified as a Business Coach by Newfield Consulting, Associated Certified- Meta-coach, by International Society of Neuro-Semantics and Executive Coach by Salom Change Dynamics. Delia holds a Bachelor’s degree in English/Spanish Translation and a Specialization in Management Assessment.
