Janice has over 20 years of executive search and recruitment experience.She began her career in 1989 with PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she was involved in outplacement and executive search. In 1993 she joined Korn/Ferry International through the acquisition of O’Callaghan Honey. As a Senior Associate, Janice primarily worked on senior level recruitment of roles for advanced technology, industrial and the energy sector, with a significant focus on international assignments. She joined a Calgary-based executive search firm in 2003, specializing in middle to senior level executive search in a variety of industries including the energy sector, both locally and internationally. After working five years in corporate HR, Janice had a strong desire to return to her roots of executive search and use her international oil and gas expertise, so in 2010, Janice joined EMA Partners Calgary.  Janice is a Senior Search Consultant focusing on building the international oil and gas practice but is also developing new markets for the firm. She is handling senior technical to executive level searches in engineering, geology, geophysics, accounting,finance, procurement and project management.
