Jo has over ten years search experience and currently heads up EMA's intermediate level practice for Global Payments and Transaction Services. In addition,  Jo has vast experience supporting clients at the senior executive level across a variety of industry verticals and has a proven track record of success in the areas of Financial Services, Education and Healthcare.  Areas of specialization include Sales & Marketing, Technology and Operations, Analytics, Risk, Fraud, Finance and Product.  

Before joining EMA Partners International in 2007, Jo worked within the internal HR department of a prominent Canadian marketing communications and branded content company, supporting the organization’s recruitment activities across all business lines. Prior to this engagement, she spent six years working within a boutique recruitment firm, supporting clients in the areas of information technology and financial services.
