With over 20 years of experience as an executive search practitioner, Johnny has a proven reputation for his collaborative approach to search strategy and management. He has completed senior-level assignments in Asia across a wide range of industries and functions. His clients are primarily multinational companies, ranging from start-ups and family and privately owned businesses to Fortune 500 multinationals. Prior to joining EMA Partners, he had been the Hong Kong and China partner with an international executive search organization for 14 years. He speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
