Born and raised in Shanghai, Julia has more than ten years of corporate HR experience with leading multinational companies before she moved into HR consulting and executive search in about 2000. Julia has lead executive searches across industries and function. She is based in Shanghai and speaks Mandarin, English and Shanghai dialect. Julia holds a Bachelor degree in Law from Shanghai Normal University and an MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai.
