Sudarshan co-founded EMA Partners in India in 2003 and is also part of the firm's executive management responsible for Global Business Development. Sudarshan is based in Mumbai, and leads EMA Partners in India and Singapore. He has over 16 years of experience in Executive search, and has led successful domestic and cross border search assignments for both Indian and multinational corporations across industry sectors and functional disciplines. He also leads the Board and CEO practice for the firm in India. Sudarshan is an alumnus of National Institute of Technology (REC), Kurukshetra.
