Mónica has more than 17 years experience in executive search and human resources management. In addition to her involvement with leading executive searches, she conducts competency evaluations, and leads competency-related training for high performance executives and their teams. She is a trained Executive Coach and works with senior managers to enhance leadership capabilities within the pharmaceutical and oil sectors. Throughout the last ten years Mónica has also focused on outplacement processes for national and multinational companies. She graduated from Universidad Javeriana as a Psychologist, and from Universidad Externado de Colombia as a Specialist in Human Resources Management.
