Maria Antonietta has acquired a wealth of experience in Human Resources working for organizations that include Unilever, Alfa Laval and the Tetrapak Group. In 1982, Maria began to consult as an expert in executive search and senior level recruitment where much of her work has been focused in the areas of consumer goods and the industrial sector. Maria has earned degrees in both Psychology and Philosophy. She is a member of the Italian HR Directors Association.
