Verónica Castellanos has 14 years experience in executive search, and human resources management. Prior to joining EMA Partners Columbia, Verónica worked as a psychologist for Credibanco Visa where she led the selection, hiring, development, and training of staff. She has also led the search and selection process at all the levels, including senior executives, for organizations such as Grupo Financiero Banco de Crédito, and Helm Financial Services. Verónica has extensive experience in occupational health, and as a result of her industrial safety initiatives at the Banco de Crédito, the company was awarded the Silver Prize in 2003, and the Bronze Prize in 2004. She graduated from Universidad Konrad Lorenz as a psychologist, and from Universidad Sergio Arboleda as a Specialist in Human Resources Management.
