Warwick is a seasoned Executive Search Practitioner with over twenty-five years of experience with ‘blue chip’ local and multinationals in Australia and New Zealand, and has completed an extensive range of assignments, from CEO to Senior Management Team positions. Warwick has extensive commercial knowledge that he has taken from positions with Pilkington – ACI Group, Allegheny Corporation and Avery International. Prior to joining EMA Partners, Warwick operated a search & selection consultancy for twelve years across Australia and New Zealand. He has recruited, counseled and advised in most commercial sectors, and delivers a significant depth of professional insight, critical to the cultural fit and role execution requirements of organizations, combined with an extensive network of senior level contacts throughout Australia and Internationally. Warwick is a Certified International Personnel Consultant and has a Diploma in Counseling & Psychotherapy.
