EMA PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL ADDS OFFICES IN BELGIUM AND NORWAY
September 12, 2011
For immediate release
TORONTO, June 1 --- EMA Partners International, one of the world’s largest executive search firms, recently added two new offices in Brussels, Belgium and Oslo, Norway to its continually expanding global presence.
EMA Partners Belgium, headquartered in Brussels, has been serving international corporate clients since 2002 through a combination of executive search and cultural & leadership assessments. They advise clients on recruiting and retaining executives and high potentials both nationally and internationally.
Founding partners of EMA Partners Brussels, Viviane Doguet and Sylvie Vercruysse, decided to join EMA Partners International to assist their clients in identifying local talent internationally, particularly in Eastern Europe and Asia.
“Only a global executive search firm like EMA Partners can respond successfully to such a challenge,” Doguet says.
Vercruysse added, “Another essential strength is worldwide business intelligence offered by each of EMA’s practice groups.”
EMA Partners Norway was established in 2010, and joined the international organization in the beginning of 2011.
Led by two senior consultants who have been operating in the Norwegian market for ten years, EMA Partners Norway has the expertise and experience to operate in the country’s unique market of just 3.5 million people dominated by the fishing and oil industries.
Swedish partner, Björn Ekestaf, who owns the Norway firm, says, “Culture and distance are not creating barriers, only advantages. We’re creating a common platform to offer our Nordic clients a broader service, identifying the best candidates from across Northern Europe. The demand for candidates from these countries has increased substantially in the past few years, and EMA’s expansion into Norway will provide clients with the broader reach they desire.”
