EMA PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL ELECTS NEW LEADERSHIP TEAM

TORONTO, Dec. 21 – EMA Partners International elected a new leadership team during the recent meeting of global partners in Lisbon, Portugal.
The retained executive search firm elected James Douglas to serve as Chairman, and Chris Hardy as Vice-President Finance.
Douglas is a founding member of EMA Partners International. As Managing Director of the London office, he has over 20 years of executive search experience. He succeeds Bill Yacullo of EMA Partners Chicago.
Hardy is currently a Partner of EMA Partners South Africa, and was previously based out of EMA’s London office. He takes over the Vice-President Finance role from Douglas.
The leadership changes come at a volatile time in the world economy, however EMA Partners International has seen a positive level of recruitment activity in most partner firms worldwide.
“While many of our clients continue to experience tough times, the levels of activity we are seeing overall is a positive reflection of how our economies are faring. We trust this bodes well for the future,” says Douglas.
