Natalia Godoy Dueñas joins EMA Partners in Colombia

April 2019: EMA Partners, a global partnership of executive search professionals, has announced the addition of a new office in Bogota, Colombia with the induction of Natalia Godoy Duenas, of Consultores Organizacionales S.A.S.  

Natalia Godoy Duenas, Managing Director has significant experience in managing executive search engagements for leading local and multinational companies in the Latin American region. She is a noted guest speaker in different HR and Business forums with focus on issues ranging from managing millennials, employer brand and gender and generational diversity. She earned her degree in Psychology from the Pontificia Javeriana University of Colombia.
