Adarsh is part of the Industrial & Manufacturing Practice for the firm in India. Based out of EMA Partners’ Gurgaon office, he is responsible for client acquisition, execution of CXO mandates and stakeholder management. Preceding his current role, he was associated with a boutique executive search firm as an Associate Principal for the Industrial and Manufacturing sector. Earlier he worked with a leading global healthcare company, as Senior Leadership Search Advisor and was hiring for their International Operations across Southeast Asia and Europe. Over a period, he has been instrumental in leading multiple CXO level searches across sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Power, Energy and Oil & Gas.
He has completed post-graduation from IMT Ghaziabad.
