Entrepreneurially minded and creative in her approach, Carmen has specific search expertise in the functional areas of finance, sales, technology, product and HR and adopts a highly customized approach to identifying and attracting exceptional talent.
Prior to EMA, Carmen was engaged with a number of prominent search firms and has led and managed search engagements across a variety of industry verticals, including banking, consumer packaged goods, technology, healthcare, real estate, retail, telecommunications, transportation, manufacturing, mining, urban planning/infrastructure, and community development.
