Frits van Wezel is an experienced executive search professional bringing extensive experience with executive coaching and career development also.

After selling his 150-year-old family business, he worked for Hay-Korn/Ferry and Mercer, a.o., and gained extensive experience in leadership-search and assessment with a strong focus on finance, banking and insurance. After having worked as a self-employed search-consultant in financial services Rabobank Group asked him to set up Executive Recruitment which he ran successfully. This way he further applied and developed his already extensive knowledge and experience in leadership search. He managed the hiring and appointment processes of the Top 250 executives, working with both the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Rabobank Group. Also, he was responsible for the coordination and implementation of offboarding and outplacement of candidates from this target group.

Today Frits van Wezel applies this experience at TheLeadershipAdvisory serving his clients in a professional manner with business acumen, humour and an excellent eye for the match. His in-depth knowledge of financial services and banking is of great added value to the EMA-network.

Frits van Wezel likes to be on stage with his bass guitar and he may rightly be called a music-nut. In addition, he likes to study about psychology and philosophy and is a loyal football fan of his favourite club. FC Twente.
