Jéssica Lima

Jéssica started at Dasein as an executive search senior consultant working for client companies in the businesses of Energy and Natural Resources and Industrial and Manufacturing.

She began his career working as a Human Resources professional at Mc Donald’s. Prior to joining EMA Partners, Jéssica worked for 11 years as HR professional and manager.

Jéssica holds a bachelor’s degree in administration from Centro Universitário Estácio de Sá, as well as a degree in Business Psychology and a Post-Graduation Degree in People Management from PUC Minas.
