Luisa has over 35 years of progressive experience in Telecom, Media & Technology, Financial Services, FinTech, Real Estate, Luxury and Consumer Markets sectors conducting C-level searches for PE backed and founder led firms, as well as large global brand name companies. Her career began in HR in Telecommunications in 1993; she founded CONSULTREE in 1998 and has managed a successful boutique firm for over 25 years prior to joining EMA Partners.

Luisa also specializes in assisting her clients with all facets of Leadership Advisory, Leadership, Culture and Digital Transformation Assessments, Coaching, and Culture & Digital Transformation Consulting. Luisa has experience across all functional areas including, Product, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Technology, Finance, Digital, Analytics, Risk Management, Compliance and Human Resources.
