Parin serves as an Associate Director at EMA Partners and is a key member of the firm's Global Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources Practice. He has over 13 years of expertise in Leadership Hiring, Succession Planning and Organization Capability Building with experience straddling across executive search and corporate.
Previously he anchored strategic growth projects for Reliance Industries Limited across the high growth sectors of Retail, Consumer, Media, Jio and New Energy and played a key role in augmenting Reliance Retail's leadership bandwidth and capability as it transformed from an offline retailer to a high growth, omni-channel, horizontal retailer. Prior to that, for 4 years, he was a key member of EMA Partners' Industrial and Consumer practices across India & the Middle East where he spearheaded and successfully delivered some of the most complex and challenging executive search and succession planning mandates for clients of EMA Partners across mid to large-size Indian and multi-national organizations. Parin's professional journey includes a stint in Larsen & Toubro's Corporate HR team and experience with a reputed retained executive search firm, where he led numerous CXO searches across the firm's Consumer, Industrial and Life Sciences practices.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Mumbai University and a Master's degree in General Management & HR from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management.
