Rebeca Souza

Rebeca has successfully conducted numerous executive search and leadership assessments for client companies across functional areas in the businesses of Energy and Natural Resources, Healthcare and Life Sciences, industry in all functions. His clients range from multinational to family/privately-owned companies and start-ups.

She began his career working as a Psychologist Intern at Dasein. Prior to joining EMA Partners, Rebeca works for 2 years as Dasein’s Researcher.

Rebeca is a graduate student in Psychology at PUC Minas.
