Her clients range from multinational to family-owned companies and start-ups. Currently, she serves as Partner & Researcher at EMA Partners Brazil, where she plays a key role in senior-level recruitment for national and multinational organizations. Her responsibilities include market mapping, candidate assessment, psychological evaluations, and conducting structured interviews. She also supports project management and ensures effective communication with clients and candidates throughout the process. Beyond executive search, Rebeca contributes to marketing and business development initiatives, creating content and supporting engagement strategies. She has also been actively involved in training new team members and organizing integration events, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Her professional journey began as an intern in Psychology at Dasein, where she deepened her expertise in humanized recruitment and leadership evaluation. Over time, she advanced through Researcher and Analyst positions, consolidating her experience in executive search. Rebeca holds a degree in Psychology from PUC Minas and continues to expand her knowledge with advanced studies in Clinical Psychology and human-centered approaches.
