Rohini Seth leads the Consumer-Packaged Goods practice for EMA Partners across India and Southeast Asia.

A seasoned and credible HR leader, Rohini has a proven track record of driving impactful business transformations through deep partnership and strategic HR leadership. With over 25 years of experience, she has worked with leading organizations such as Unilever, GE, PepsiCo, Diageo, and the Jubilant Group, spanning the CPG, services, and life sciences sectors.

In her most recent role, Rohini served as Group CHRO at the Jubilant Group, where she played a key role in shaping the strategic HR agenda for four Life Sciences businesses while also supporting select initiatives at Jubilant FoodWorks.

Previously, at Diageo, she co-led an international supply chain transformation project based in Edinburgh, UK, managing teams across Singapore, Europe, and Mexico. She has also held leadership roles as HR Head at Reckitt Benckiser and PepsiCo Foods India. At PepsiCo, she led business growth and cultural transformation initiatives, while at Reckitt Benckiser, she spearheaded a groundbreaking 360° digital campus campaign.

Rohini’s tenure at GE included various leadership roles across its businesses—Genpact (BPO start-up), Crotonville Leadership Development (leadership development), GE Advanced Materials (business growth through change acceleration), and GE Capital (navigating business boom and downturn cycles).

She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from TISS Mumbai and began her career as a Management Trainee at Unilever. Her contributions have earned her several prestigious accolades, including the Bill Conaty GE Asia HR Excellence Award, the John Lynch GE Global HR Excellence Award, and PepsiCo’s Harvey Russell Global Inclusion Award. Additionally, her function was consistently voted as the Best Function (by popular vote) for four consecutive years.

Certified in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, MBTI, and Hogan assessments, Rohini is known for her energy, humor, and positive outlook. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and gardening.

Currently, she is pursuing her ICF ACC certification and is dedicated to offering pro bono coaching services on weekends.
