After a career in public and private equity investing, and executive positions in talent development globally, Scott co-founded the EMA Partners Seattle office in 2021 to focus on senior cloud and cybersecurity roles across all major cloud providers.  Scott lived and worked in the Asia Pacific and European regions for 18 years and served as a Managing Director of JPMorgan Partners. Among several senior talent development roles, he led Amazon Web Services’ cloud computing initiative focused on early in career talent at universities globally.  Scott Co-Chair’s EMA Partner’s Cloud and Cybersecurity Practice Group.

Scott brings unparalleled global knowledge and experience to his role as a Partner supporting the Seattle office. He has been successful in sourcing best-in-class candidates across a breadth of cloud computing roles at large global system integrators, large scale enterprises, and venture and growth equity sponsored companies.  Scott is also recognized as an industry leader in higher education, training, and edtech, and serves on multiple board and advisory board positions.

Scott completed his Bachelor degree at Brigham Young University and his MBA degree at New York University.
