Shweta is a key member of Industrial & Manufacturing practice for EMA Partners in India. Based out of Gurgaon office, she is responsible for building and leveraging rich relationships with clients across the practice.
Shweta brings with her over 15 years of experience, starting with a corporate HR stint at the Head Office of Tech Mahindra and then moving on to Executive Search. She has spent over a decade in C-suite executive search as a senior strategic resource. She has successfully and independently handled high priority and critical leadership-level searches for global & multinational organizations across functions and industries. Industrial, Automotive, PHL (Pharma/Life Sciences/Healthcare), Real Estate/Facility Management, Not-For-Profit, Media, and Consulting, to name a few prevalent ones.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from IBS Hyderabad and concluded her summer internship with Deloitte. She is also a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
An avid cyclist, Shweta has led and completed several century rides on her roadie bike and a marathoner, who has successfully run several half marathons and was chosen as an ambassador/pacer for a few.
