Shweta has been with EMA Partners India for more than 15 years, contributing to the growth of firms Energy & Natural Resources and Industrial Manufacturing practice. Her extensive experience and deep sector knowledge have been instrumental in building the practice, achieving numerous success stories along the way. She has expertly managed critical client relationships and successfully executed numerous leadership assignments across functions for various organizations and geographies.
Prior to joining EMA, she worked with American Express Bank and Marsh India.
Shweta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai
