EMA Partners Announces Middle East Expansion in Dubai, UAE

EMA Partners International has expanded its presence in the Middle East with the announcement of a new partner office in Dubai, UAE. The office will be led by A Ramachandran (Rama).

Rama is the Managing Partner of EMA Partners UAE. He has 10 years’ experience in Executive Search and serves concurrently as Senior Partner at EMA Partners India where he leads the Industrial, Consumer and Retail practices. He has significant experience leading executive search assignments in various Industries across India and the region.

Amer Lakhani and Sugar Rahim have taken on their new roles as Executive Directors of EMA Partners UAE. Amer has 10 years’ of Executive Search experience in the Middle East and the UK, where he served with leading search firms. He has extensive search experience in a variety of industries, including Industrial and Banking & Financial Services. Sugar Rahim is a seasoned search consultant who has served in markets including the UK, Middle East and South Asia and has over a decade of experience in the industry.

K Sudarshan, Regional Chair for Asia Pacific also welcomed the new Dubai office and highlighted the potential opportunities to work together with the team given the synergies between major markets like India and the Far East with UAE and the rest of the region.
