EMA Partners opens a new office in Milan, Italy

EMA Partners International has expanded its presence in Europe with the announcement of a new partner office in Milan Italy, welcoming Monica Calenti and Clara Vitalini.

Monica Calenti is a managing partner at EMA Partners Italy | Calenti Partners, and has nearly twenty years of experience in executive search. She has an impressive background in brand communications and marketing with global brands including Procter & Gamble, Johnson Wax and McCann Erickson. As an ICF certified coach and counsellor, Monica leads high level searches and consults in a variety of areas within Consumer & Retail, Technology & Communications and Digital.

Clara Vitalini also spent time at Procter & Gamble’s Health & Beauty Division as a Brand Manager. She was a Director of Marketing for Ferrero Europe and was Pharmacia’s Marketing Director in Italy. Clara was a consultant with Bain & Co, and worked with two startups in Italy. As a managing partner, Clara provides consulting services and leads searches in Financial Services, Digital, Technology & Communication and Consumer & Retail.
