Adriana has successfully conducted numerous senior management searches and leadership assessments for client companies across functional areas in the Industrial and Manufacturing, Energy and Natural Resources, Consumer, Retail and Services, Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, and Technology and Communications sectors. Her clients range from multinational corporations to family-owned businesses, privately held companies, and start-ups.

Before founding Dasein, Adriana developed her career as a specialist in people management at prominent companies such as Colonial Agropecuária and Mineração Socoimex (Vale), one of the world’s largest iron ore mining companies.

Prior to joining EMA Partners, Adriana distinguished herself in the executive search and talent management industry as the Founder and CEO of Dasein Executive Search, a company recognized for its outstanding performance in this field. Founded in 1995, Dasein is the only Brazilian executive search firm based in Minas Gerais with international certification from the AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants).

Adriana holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology, with postgraduate degrees in Human Resources Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and in 21st Century Behavior from FAAP. She is certified as a board member by the IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance), has training in Business Psychodrama, and holds an Executive Coaching certification from the Integrated Coaching Institute (ICI). She is also the only advisor in Brazil trained and certified by Freedom Star in Atlanta to use the LBDNA – Leadership Behavior DNA system for assessment and executive coaching.

Furthermore, Adriana is a speaker and has published articles in major Brazilian and international media outlets. She is co-author of three books — Pontes do Psicodrama (Bridges of Psychodrama), Vivência: Uma Aprendizagem Efetiva (Experience: Effective Learning), and Aprender e Transformar: Experiências de Sucesso (Learning and Transforming: Success Stories). She is also the author of a poetry book, O Verso Inverso.

For more than 15 years, Adriana has served as a juror for the “Executivo de Valor” (Value Executive) award presented by Jornal Valor Econômico, selecting the 23 best CEOs in the country across 23 economic sectors. The jury includes only the most renowned executive search firms in Brazil.
