Ana Paola Alcalà

Ana Paola is a Senior Consultant at our office in Florida. She has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, 8 of them within Executive Search, managing senior and mid-level assignments from multinational to family/privately-owned companies and start-ups.

Ana’s experience includes a variety of sectors including Consumer Goods, Cosmetics, Health, Retail Luxury, Finance, Digital, Advertising within areas such as Human Resources, Marketing and Sales.

Prior to joining EMA Partners Mexico, she worked for a multinational company and during her eighteen-year tenure served in key roles as a Marketing Director of various Luxury brands, and ultimately as HRBP and Director of Talent Development. She also works as a volunteer mentoring entrepreneurs for a Mexican women-centred association: Victoria 147.

Ana studied Marketing and International Trade. She is fluent in Spanish and English and has a good command of French.
