Chris Reece

Chris Reece has been active in the world of Strategic Leadership and Human Capital Management for more than twenty-five years.

Chris supports the New York & Boston offices of EMA Partners. He has conducted over 250 executive searches and numerous organisational assessments and executive and management assessments. Chris has conducted assignments in all functional areas with an emphasis on executive and general management level searches. These organisations have ranged in size from entrepreneurial start-ups to billion dollar corporations.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of WorldatWork and the American Board of Vocational Experts. After serving as Board President of Tower Hill Botanic in Boylston, MA for six years, he is currently an Honorary Trustee.
