Daniel has successfully conducted numerous senior management searches and leadership assessments for client companies across functional areas in the businesses of Industrial and Manufacturing, Energy and Natural Resources, Consumer, Retail and Services, Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Technology and Communications, industry in all functions. His Clients range from multinational to family/privately-owned companies and start-ups.
He began his career as Engineer with Cummins, Inc. an American Fortune 500 corporation that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration, and power generation products. Prior to entering executive search, he was Corporate Sales Manager for Minas Goiás, a Brazilian Supply Chain & Logistics company.
Prior to joining EMA Partners, Daniel had distinguished himself in the Executive Search and Talent Management industry working with Dasein. He joined Dasein in 2005 in charge of managing executive search practices. He collaborates in executive search work focused on C-level and senior-level executives. Daniel also participates in consulting engagements related to Leadership Advisory Services for a broad range of clients within Brazil.
Daniel holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree and a Post-Graduation Degree in Industrial Engineering from (UFMG) Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
