She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and business consulting, having worked with major companies like Usiminas and Unimed. In 2009, she was honored with the Human Being award in the social responsibility category. Since 2013, she has been a senior consultant at Dasein, where she leads strategically significant projects in Executive Search, assessment, and human development, serving multinational clients across various regions of Brazil.
