Lucrecia Airaldi

Lucrecia Airaldi founded Airaldi Smart Human Connections in 2007 and is its Managing Partner. Her specialities are Executive Search, Industry Specific Candidate Benchmarketing, Talent Mapping and Career Coaching.

More than 17 years ago, Lucrecia started a career as Head Hunter & Executive Search Consultant working with strong local firms such as Alex Pitasi & Associates and Bureau Consultants. In time she became a well-known professional among top consultants in specific markets and in 2007 founded Airaldi Smart Human Connections.

Prior to the executive search consulting business, Lucrecia held management positions in HR at Mars Inc. as well as  Sales Account Management for Young & Rubicam (WPP Group) and Telefónica Group.

She actively participates in Mentoring programs for top universities such as Di Tella, IAE Business School, UCA as others. Having lived abroad most of her life, she is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
