C-Level executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience leading and transforming organizations. She has built a solid career as a senior executive coach, headhunter, researcher, and international speaker, specializing in leadership development, talent management, organizational culture, and innovation.
She currently serves as Managing Partner and General Manager at EMA Partners Peru, a global executive search and talent consulting firm. In addition, she is co-founder of Pera Consultores, a company focused on organizational transformation, executive coaching, corporate culture, potential assessment, leadership development programs, and the design of innovative digital solutions for human resources.
In both strategic and entrepreneurial roles, she leads consulting projects related to the attraction, development, and evaluation of leadership. She has coached more than 100 senior executives, including CEOs, Vice Presidents, Country Managers, Directors, and Managers, across industries such as telecommunications, food, oil & gas, technology, mining, and agribusiness.
Her corporate background includes leadership roles at Citibank, Profuturo AFP, Bruno Ferrini, and HR LATAM, where she was responsible for key areas such as business strategy, organizational development, transformation, and commercial management. This dual perspective—as both executive and entrepreneur—enables her to deeply understand business challenges and the people who lead them.
She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA, and is currently a doctoral candidate in Business Administration and Management (Universidad Pablo de Olavide) and in Sustainability in the Digital Society (Universidad Villanueva). She is certified as a Professional Coach (IAC), Master Coach, and specialist in Hogan Assessments, COF, and is an accredited facilitator in LEGO® Serious Play®.
She is an active researcher in leadership, mentoring, coaching, work engagement, innovative behavior, and employee sentiment—integrating these areas into her professional practice with a rigorous and updated evidence-based approach.
With a strong academic vocation, she has been a professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels at Universidad de Lima for nearly a decade. She has also designed and delivered executive programs in leadership, talent development, coaching, and organizational transformation for corporate clients through EMA Partners and Pera Consultores.
