Oliver Buga brings over 25 years of experience in leadership consulting, with solid expertise in both executive search and assessment services. He has developed a strong client base and professional network across Hungary and the broader CEE region. Oliver holds a BA in Tourism and Management from Campus Krems, Austria. He has completed various courses focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and holds a qualification in psychometrics and assessment. A native Hungarian, Oliver is fluent in English and speaks German and Italian.
