Utpal Das has been with EMA Partners India since January 2011. He has successfully closed several high impact searches ranging from general management to technically niche roles in diverse sectors. Utpal focuses on the Consumer, Retail & Services, Energy & Natural Resources and Industrial practices.

Prior to joining EMA Partners, Utpal was a founding member of a boutique executive search firm based in Mumbai catering to clients in the BFSI sector.

Utpal is an Electrical Engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur. He also has an MBA from Institute for Technology & Management (ITM), Navi Mumbai.
