Janice Valentim

Janice has successfully conducted numerous senior management leadership assessments for client companies across functional areas in the businesses of Energy and Natural Resources, Healthcare and Life Sciences, industry in all functions. Her clients range from multinational to family/privately-owned companies.

Prior to joining EMA Partners, Janice had distinguished herself in the Talent Management industry working as Senior Consultant at Dasein since 2015.

Janice holds a psychologist degree, postgraduate in Organizational Psychology by FGV-RJ and in Administration and Education Supervision, specialized in executive Coaching by the by ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute.
